16 year old Markees Christmas proved one of the breakout stars of this year's Sundance Film Festival after featuring in the hit film Morris From America, which won two awards at the annual event in Utah.

Christmas stars alongside Craig Robinson (The Office, US) in the drama, which tells the story of a 13 year old hip-hop loving American boy (Christmas), who moves to Germany with his father (Robinson). Fresh from his screen debut, Markees was snapped up by top US talent agency Paradigm, which counts Adrien Brody, Antonio Banderas, Jaden Smith, and Tobias Menzies among its roster.
